Subject:    FACILITIES PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ROUTINE REPORT

 

 

                   AUTHORIZE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS

 

                   Authorize an agreement with Qualco Fire Protection, Inc. for the project “Replace Diesel Fire Pumps” at West Los Angeles College in the amount of $109,135.

 

          Background:  This contract is the result of competitive bidding. Five (5) bid packages were requested; one (1) responsive bid was received.  Funding is through the 2000-2001 Scheduled Maintenance Program with a 50% District match.
