The dismissal of classified employee (EN802300), assigned to Los Angeles Pierce College as a permanent Cashier is based on the following causes:

Abuse of Leave Privileges by Habitual Use of Leave for Trivial Indispositions or by Absence so Frequent that the Efficiency of the Services is impaired

 

                                    Willful Misconduct or Any Other Willful Failure of Good

Conduct Tending to Injure the Public Service

Inefficiency

 

Frequent Unexcused Absences or Tardiness

 

Dishonesty

 

Insubordination

                       

Background:  The above recommendations are in accordance with procedures listed in Education Code Section 88123 and Personnel Commission Rule 735.  There is evidence on file in the Labor Relations

Office of Human Resources to support the above recommendations.
